Choco Egg (Super Mario Bros. Wonder) Review – Aiming for Elephant Mario, but My Sweaty Hands Melted the Chocolate!?
Hello! Today, I’m reviewing the “Choco Egg (Super Mario Bros. Wonder).” Even though it's a chocolate treat, opening it feels just like a gacha pull! And of course, I’m after none other than the adorable “Elephant Mario.” Who wouldn’t want that charming figure in their collection?
I bet your countries or regions have various Choco Eggs too, right? But isn’t the thrill of cracking them open the same everywhere? For me, the anticipation and excitement had me so worked up that… well, let’s just say my hands got a little sweaty. Opening a Choco Egg can be a “melt-or-get-it” situation!
Sweaty Hands Alert!? The Drama Starts Even Before Opening…
From the moment I grabbed the package, I felt the pressure. My palms got sweaty with excitement and… the chocolate started melting even before I touched it! If I didn’t open it quickly, I’d be holding a puddle instead of a treat.
Finally, the moment to open the capsule arrived… and my fingers slipped right off! The chocolate started to melt bit by bit, leaving me with both suspense and chocolate smudges. Was it going to be “Elephant Mario”… or…?
The Unveiling – Who’s Inside the Capsule?
After finally cracking it open… out pops “Talking Flower.” Uh, okay, I did kinda want to “talk,” but not exactly what I had in mind! As I stared at it, the cheerful expression almost seemed to start a conversation. But all the while, “Elephant Mario” was still calling my name from afar…
Even Melted, the Chocolate is a Treat!
Taking a bite of the melting chocolate made everything better! The two layers were unexpectedly delicious, with the milk chocolate outside and white chocolate inside blending perfectly. It’s sweet, but not too much – I couldn’t help but take another bite.
Surprisingly, the slight melting actually made it creamier. Maybe this is the ideal Choco Egg texture? Melted Choco Egg is my new guilty pleasure!
Wrapping Up
Well, no “Elephant Mario” this time, but I’ve realized that wrestling with sweaty hands is part of the Choco Egg experience. Maybe next time I’ll get my hands on that lucky figure – and I’ll probably still be sweaty!
