How much is the shipping cost? Does it include customs fees and taxes?
Shipping fees are included in the product price for the delivery areas we serve. However, customs duties, import taxes, and similar fees are not included. These costs vary by country, so please review your country’s customs regulations.
If customs duties or taxes are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the customer. We apologize for the inconvenience, but these charges are imposed by your local government, and we have no control over them.
About the Subscription Box Order Cycle
The subscription follows a cycle aligned with seasonal changes and Japanese events/holidays, running from the 16th of each month to the 15th of the following month.
- First Billing Date: Your initial purchase date will be your first billing date.
- Subsequent Billing Dates: After the first purchase, you will be automatically billed on the 16th of the month based on your selected plan.

Monthly Plan
- First Purchase: If you purchase the box for March 16, 2025 – April 15, 2025
- → Billing Date: Your purchase date
- Second Purchase: If you continue with the box for April 16, 2025 – May 15, 2025
- → Billing Date: April 16, 2025
3-Monthly Plan
- First Purchase: If you purchase the box for March 16, 2025 – April 15, 2025
- → Billing Date: Your purchase date
- Second Purchase: If you continue with the box for June 16, 2025 – July 15, 2025
- → Billing Date: June 16, 2025
6-Monthly Plan
- First Purchase: If you purchase the box for March 16, 2025 – April 15, 2025
- → Billing Date: Your purchase date
- Second Purchase: If you continue with the box for September 16, 2025 – October 15, 2025
- → Billing Date: September 16, 2025
12-Monthly Plan
- First Purchase: If you purchase the box for March 16, 2025 – April 15, 2025

In this way, billing will be automatically processed on the 16th of the month according to your plan. Please check your billing schedule when selecting a plan.
