1. Check Your Credit Card

2. If the Issue Persists

3. Subscription Not Found
If your card has been charged but the subscription cannot be located:
- Contact the support team and provide the following information:

- Shipping Address
- Screenshot of the transaction

4. ZIP Code Error
- Ensure the ZIP code on your card matches the one you entered in the billing details.
- If you’ve recently moved, it can take up to 3 months for your bank to update your address.
