How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re sorry to hear that you are considering canceling your subscription. If you would like to proceed with the cancellation, please follow the steps below:
1.Log in to your account page and go to the Subscriptions section.
2.Select the subscription you wish to cancel and click the "Subscription cancellation" button.
3.A brief survey will be displayed. We would greatly appreciate your feedback. After completing the survey, click the "Subscription cancellation" button again.
4.Finally, a confirmation message "Are you sure you would like to cancel this subscription?" will appear. Please click OK to confirm.
5.Once you see the message "The subscription has been cancelled", the cancellation is complete.
6.For confirmation, please check the Subscriptions section on your account page. If the cancellation is complete, you should see a Cancelled status displayed.
Additionally, we kindly ask for your understanding of the following:
- For multi-month subscription plans:
- If canceled mid-term, the rights to the remaining sessions will no longer be available. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for unused portions.
