What should I do if I'm worried that the expiration date has passed?

Please don't worry. In Japan, dates are written in the format 'yyyy/mm/dd.' For example, if it says 2024/11/24, it usually means that the expiration date is November 24, 2024.

The snacks, teas, and other items included in our subscription boxes generally have an expiration period of 6 months to 1 year. If you are concerned that a snack you received has expired, please take a clear photo of the item along with its expiration date and email it to our support team. We will be happy to verify it for you.
