Shipping and Handling Information

 

1.Lost Packages with Untracked Shipping

If you choose an untracked shipping method, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages lost in transit. This is because the package’s status is beyond our control once handed over to the carrier.

2.Returned Packages

If your package is returned to our warehouse by the carrier, we will arrange for reshipping after confirming the return.

Note: Reshipping fees will apply and must be covered by the customer.

3.Customer Responsibility

Please regularly check your shipping status and contact your local post office to prevent your package from being returned.

4.Shipping Delays

Due to global circumstances, shipping and delivery may take longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding.
