What is your refund policy?

The payment made for subscription boxes and services is final and non-refundable. If you wish to avoid being charged for future boxes, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can find instructions on how to cancel your subscription here.

In the event of a dispute from your credit card company/PayPal, or if your credit card company/PayPal notifies us of actual or suspected fraud on your account, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or payment capabilities and pause or cancel any pending box deliveries.

If you decide to open a case with PayPal, please note that the final decision regarding the charge will rest with PayPal.
